We have gone
to great lengths to describe our products in explicit detail
so that any order made is an informed one.
Returns
Please
note that we can process returns
and credits only for items purchased from meadpublishinglasvegas.com.
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective from the manufacturer. Items that are
returned more than 30 days after delivery or are missing parts, will not
be accepted.
Refunds
We
do not issue cash refunds, all refunds are issued in the form of credit
slips. We will notify you by email of your credit once we have
received and processed the authorized returned item. You can expect a
credit within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please
note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of
our error.
Packing And Sending
Your Return
Once
you have received authorization to return the merchandise, include the
packing slip with the item you are returning. If you do not have the
packing slip, please indicate the order number or the email address and
name of the person who purchased the item, along with the reason for
your return and your authorization code. All returned items will be
shipped via USPS Media Mail; when the item is received, you will
be issued a credit or refund for the shipping back to us.

let us know how you would like to change your order. We will do our best
to fulfill your request. Canceling
Your Open Order
You may cancel any item from your
order provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process. If you
wish to request a cancellation or if you wish to change your order, call
Customer Service immediately at 909-213-0817, or

let us know how you would like to change your order. Revising
